Ive owned this for months now so feel confident of giving an experienced review.! I've bought many TENS machines over the years to help with both muscular and nerve pain, this is by far the best. I didn't like the look of it in the picture but in real life it's much nicer and not at all big.
This is completely silent except for a tiny click when turning on and off.
There is no timed shut off so It lasts indefinitely once turned on, unlike others.
This is more powerful than other tens machines.
Because of the indefinite length of running, and the power of this machine, the batteries wear down faster, but with rechargeable batteries this is not a problem. On normal batteries I can use it for hours on end (sometimes overnight) for a few sessions.
It has a belt clip.
The intensity dials are protected by the top of the unit so it's very hard to knock them out of position, so no worries of it accidentally turning up and hurting!
The small dials for changing the programmes are completely hidden behind the sliding panel, which is great for making them more discreet and protected.
The two channels can be set individually.
I find it excellent for MUSCULAR pain, and like any tens machine it needs to be on for a little while before the pain begins to lessen. It's good for SCIATICA. Severe NEUROPATHY is extremely hard to treat with anything, even with the relevant medications, but I find this machine can help to give me a little distraction and relief at times, but of course it's not a cure. Less severe neuropathy may respond much better though, but I don't know.
The only downsides of this is that the instruction manual can be quite complicated, but by ignoring that and playing around with the programmes then the manual becomes easier to understand. I wish a case came with it, but very few tens machine come with a case anyway, and for the price you can't expect one. However, a case is sold by the same company, which I wish I'd bought it sooner because it is sturdy and fits the machine and leads snugly.
The hidden programme dials behind the cover are quite small, so for larger, clumsy hands it may be a problem. Nonetheless it's really worth trying it.
All in all it's truly the best machine and after years of other buying lots of tens machines I know what I'm talking about!!!

I’ve continued to use the TENS machine on nearby areas & am very impressed with the pain relief given, even though I’m still not able to place it directly over the actual direct area of discomfort, & I’ve had no problems at all with any skin damage in these other areas. I now love it & wouldn’t be without it! So much so that I’ve just purchased a wireless version by the same company.

I got this TENS machine on the advice of my physio while waiting for a spinal referral. I have recess stenosis causing severe sciatica, and I also have hip and shoulder bursitis. This TENS unit is often the only thing that helps. It can numb the entire area and take nerve pain away for the length of time I'm wearing it, and a bit beyond. There are days where I have it on the whole time, and it can be the difference between being bedbound or not, and getting to sleep at night or not.
