We advise to follow our comprehensive manual which will indicate the best electrode placement areas for specific conditions and injuries
If you're not Pregnant, Have an electrical implement (pacemaker or AICD) or suffer from epilepsy. It should be safe to use all four channel at once, however we'd still advise speaking to a healthcare advisor first if unsure.
This is down to personal preference; some may use it up to 30 minutes or less, however others may use it for hours.
