TENS & EMS Treatment Programmes
Programme P1 – 80Hz Constant
This programme is widely used in clinical settings for its effective pain-blocking properties. It is ideal for initial treatment sessions.
Recommended: 2–3 sessions per day, each lasting 1–2 hours.
Programme P2 – Mixed Frequency TENS
Uses varying pulse rates to minimise nerve accommodation. Suitable for long-term conditions such as sciatica, lower back pain, and arthritis.
Treatment Time: Minimum 90 minutes; may extend to 4–5 hours.
Programme P3 – Mid Frequency TENS
Produces a gentle, massage-like pulsing effect that helps relieve pain and improve blood circulation.
P3 – P6 Overview
P3 – Lower Mid Frequency
P4 – Regular
P5 – Mid / High Frequency
P6 – Higher Mid Frequency

You should avoid using this machine if you: - Are pregnant - Are currently being treated for Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) - Have an implanted electrical device, such as a pacemaker or AICD - Suffer from epilepsy.
